Terms of Service

1. The service

Loop MDM is a software service that lets organizations remotely manage their own Android work devices. It is provided by Ahmet ÖZDİNÇ.

2. Acceptable use

The service may only be used for enterprise management of work devices the organization owns or is authorized to manage. The following are prohibited:

• Monitoring, spying on or eavesdropping on people’s personal devices without their knowledge
• Locking or restricting devices based on payment status (financing, leasing, etc.)
• Misleading device users about the device being managed and what data is collected
• Using the service in violation of applicable law (data protection, employment law, etc.)

3. Organization responsibilities

• Informing users of managed devices that the device is managed and what data is collected (the notice shown on the device helps with this)
• Having a lawful basis for processing personal data and fulfilling data controller obligations
• Keeping console accounts and enrollment links secure and not sharing them with unauthorized people

4. Availability

We strive to provide the service without interruption, but maintenance, updates or third-party outages may occur.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for damages arising from an organization’s use of the service in breach of these terms. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law are unaffected.

6. Termination

Organizations may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is deleted per the retention periods in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law and contact
