Android device management (MDM)

Keep company devices on task, not off duty

Loop MDM lets organizations manage rugged handhelds, tablets and kiosk devices from one console. Devices run only the apps the job needs, settings stay as the organization configured them, and lost devices can be locked.

We manage the work device, not personal data.

Company devices get used for everything but work

Devices handed out in warehouses, stores and field teams are often used outside their intended purpose. That costs money, creates security gaps and stops work.

Games, video and social media

Apps installed on shift devices slow work down and drain mobile data and battery.

Unauthorized settings and app changes

A changed Wi‑Fi, clock or scanner setting leaves the device unusable and needs on-site support.

Lost and stolen devices

An unmanaged device that goes missing leaves business data and apps unprotected.

Manual setup on every device

Installing and updating apps one device at a time takes hours and is error-prone.

Loop MDM in 90 seconds

Why it is needed and how it works on the device.

What Loop MDM does

Devices are organized into groups; each group’s policy, apps and Wi‑Fi networks are applied automatically to every device added to it.

Kiosk mode

The device opens only the selected apps. Settings and other apps stay closed.

App distribution

Business apps are installed and updated silently; unwanted apps are blocked.

Policies and restrictions

Camera, USB, factory reset, Wi‑Fi changes and more are allowed or blocked as the organization decides.

Wi‑Fi and scanner settings

Networks and handheld scanner profiles are distributed centrally.

Lost mode and location

A lost device is locked and shows a message. Location, if the organization enables it, is device-level and periodic.

Remote support

With the device user’s permission, support staff can see the screen and help; a warning banner is shown on the device while the screen is viewed.

Our transparency principles

Loop MDM is only for organizations managing their own work devices. It must not be used to monitor or spy on personal phones, or to lock devices based on payment status.

What the organization sees

  • Device info: brand, model, serial number, Android version
  • Battery, storage, network and IP address, last check-in
  • List of installed apps
  • Location (if enabled, periodic; kept for 30 days)
  • Applied settings, commands and errors

What the organization cannot see

  • Messages, calls, emails
  • Photos, files, passwords
  • In-app activity and browsing history
  • Notification contents (shown on the device only)
  • When a device enrolls, a “This device is managed” notice lists exactly what is collected.
  • Remote support only views the screen with the user’s permission; for unattended kiosk devices the organization may skip the prompt. A visible warning banner is always shown on the device.
  • Screenshots are not stored permanently; they are kept in memory only during the support session.
